NOTICE TO BIDDERS


Notice is hereby given, that the Town of Santa Claus will receive sealed bids up to 5:30PM CST on June 14, 2021 for the sale of surplus items. Items may be viewed at www.townofsantaclaus.com or by scheduled appointment after May 10, 2021. See below for contact information and scheduled times. 


The viewing schedule for the Utilities Department items will be Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM CST. Located at 15165 N SR 245, Santa Claus, IN 47579. If any questions, please call Tina 812.544.3329.


 The viewing schedule for the Community Center items will be Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM-7:00PM CST. Located at 210 North Louis J Koch Blvd., Santa Claus, IN 47579. If any questions, please call Zach 812.937.4570
